IL MARTINI was founded in 1992. We Specialize in Italian & Mediterranean cuisine and we’re located in the heart of downtown Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.
Aware of the scarcity of such establishments in the region, Nelson Correia and Daniel Gerardi both coming from the hotel and restaurant business are proud to offer our clients a quality dining experience in a lovely ancentral home.
Pleasant Times
Whether it be for a business dinner, an intimate evening or a dinner amongst friends, everything is in place for a pleasant time in a warm atmosphere. Couples and families are on the first floor, where the warm aura emanating from three fireplaces makes for a most romantic atmosphere. Groups are on the second floor, to celebrate in the dining hall which can accommodate up to 50 guests, or to discuss business in one of the private rooms. All can take advantage of the large sunny terraces during the summer season.
Traditions Revisited
The chef at Il Martini is reputed for his skill in preparation of meats. Many guests choose the calf’s sweetbread, liver and brain. Those who are not amateurs of such meals can choose from an impressive selection of Mediterranean classics, from salmon, rack of lamb, veal escalopes with stuffed pasta, shrimp. Desserts are no exception and will make one relive the sweetest traditions: chocolate mousse, tiramisu, sambucca and cappuccino cake, etc.
